The Friends Up North mission is to control the spread of invasive weed species through mechanical harvesting and hand pulling of weeds in the north end of Lake Bomoseen. The goal is to provide an environment that allows the aquatic life to thrive and promotes an opportunity for fishers, boaters, recreators, and land owners to enjoy the lake.
